NETWORK OF AFRICAN YOUTHS FOR DEVELOPMENT

TASK

Task 1 Establish an automated on-line database of members details. Add new members from a submitted form. Add the name and organisation of new members automatically to our members page and on NAYD maps. 

Task 2 - add email to our magazine distribution list. Require an on-line automated system that sends the magazine as an attachment,allows a message to accompany the magazine, allows users to unsubscribe.

The developer will be given access to the NAYD ftp so can carry out on-line tests as well as the excel spreadsheet with exisiting contact details and email distribution list for the magazine. The volunteer will closely liaise with NAYD's webmaster.
